Meet the Founder

Hi! I’m Alejandra Amezola-Velazquez, MS, RD, LD, a bilingual, Spanish-speaking registered dietitian based in Austin, Texas. I’m passionate about plant-forward nutrition and women’s health, and I specialize in hormone balance, blood sugar support, and metabolism, so people leave feeling energized and confident in their daily lives.

I understand how food affects both body and mind, and I love guiding clients to build sustainable, nourishing habits that fit their unique lifestyles. I take a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach, tailoring guidance to each person’s goals, preferences, and daily routines.

I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition. I focus on practical, enjoyable strategies that make real life easier and leave people feeling empowered, without guilt, restriction, or stress.
