Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Your Appointment Time Is Reserved Specifically for You
At Amezola Nutrition, we believe quality care requires time, attention, and consistency. When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Your provider has intentionally set aside that time for your care and preparation, and it is no longer available to another client.
Our approach to care is intentionally personal, thorough, and time-focused. Your appointment is more than a time slot on a calendar—it is dedicated time for you and your care. Providing at least 48 hours’ notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client and helps us maintain availability while giving each client the time and attention they deserve.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, because appointment times are reserved in advance, this policy applies consistently to all clients. It allows us to respect your time, our time, and the time of other clients while maintaining the quality of care we provide.
48-Hour Notice Is Required
At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If you no-show, arrive 15+ minutes late to your appointment, cancel or request to reschedule less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full session fee, based on the scheduled appointment length. The applicable fee is approximately $160–$225, depending on your scheduled session length.
Example:
